    i'm with danny on this one, nowt wrong with the driveshafts, its rare they fail mechanically (gaitors are a standard failure) Renaults offical fix now is the one i highlighted aa few years ago with the washers

    sotck phs1 172 is ET43, phs 2 is ET48, so technically the phs 1 is 10mm wider than the phs2, but i don't remember the geo off hand

    it won't becuase they haven't been purged (ie you vaccum the air fully out on the tyre first then add nitrogen) so the tyre is already full of norml air anyway before adding nitrogen its a gimic anyway, most people used dried air these days

    you'll get way more than 1 or 2 psi rise when hot! the nitrogen won't make f-all difference as its not 100% its the same as putting normal air in

    no bother! :rasp: are the track rods ok? seeing as its semi apart anyway it might be an idea to swap them out now if they feel a bit loose, only about £15 a side and they come with new nuts too ;)

    don't tell them its max rpm 7000 is all they need to know we had to drop the rev limit to 6K for bedford :(

    yeah i've seen it a few times, check the bolts aren't damaged as that mount will have been moving about "cutting" into the bolts
