mine is 20 months old and has 27K!

my best mate has a 106 gti, when i first got my 172 his wasnt modded at all performance wise, except a non-std backbox, and i could leave him for dust, he has since fitted, new manifold, decat, full system, viper ik and it can almost just about keep up with me, (although we havent tested properly)

i am in virtually exactly the same circumstances, same ncb, same speeding, near enough same age, and this year for my 172 I have been quoted around £500 with Norwich Union Direct!

you can get a silver version though that matches the trim in the 172!

a magnex cat back, ages and ages ago, sometimes having a girlfriend is a major disadvantage, if it wasnt for the bedroom antics, the car would look sweet by now. My soon to get list though : Origin B2 Cup Splitter New Mats Eibach Springs [Edited by Gaz2130 on 23 June 2004 at 1:11pm]

damo748, i think its a bumper removal job! (No Joke!), i have had three fall out so far, and Renault have replaced them each time under warranty, by the way ** for everyone else, mine have never leaked, no stains or marks on my bumper!! [Edited by Gaz2130 on 08 June 2004 at 2:35pm]

i think you lock the car with the internal lock button, then get out (unlocking the car), and then lock the car again within 5 or so seconds. (But check the manual for sure)

I forgot to mention, when I was at the motorshow the other week I was speaking to the guys on one of the Origin B2 stands, and he told me that very soon they are releasing customised covers for the Origin B2 unit, he showed me a few examples, wood trim, carbon fibre, silver, etc etc. [Edited...
