Ah I thought you had water marks John.
In that case, take the unit off the car, take off the rubber seal, then use a hair dryer to heat the offending areas where water has accumulated. This will evaporate it and then use a fan to move the air (now moist air) around and out of the rear holes...
As Russ says, pop to Tescos, get Daisy. Perfectly acceptable back up. But then again, if you're popping out, you might be able to get to Halfrauds for some Engine and Machine Cleaner.
Depends how well protected you wheels are, as as Russ has said, I just use warm soapy water.
So after enquiring with Autolac, just now, about getting my S3 rear bumper sprayed due to scratches, and getting a quote of £250-£300 I call bull s**t, Jamie. Funny enough, to see if there was some difference in size/paint etc he quoted me 140-160 for "a mate's" 172 rear bumper...
So, as I've...
You get what you pay for. It cost me 250 a time to have bumpers resprayed. The last one before I sold the car was about 120 and that chipped after a few days . . .
Re: Just Broke my i phone !!!
I'm pretty sure any monkey will be able to see that the phone has been dropped. Accident or not, you'll have to pay for a new screen. A broken screen due to falling Xcm is not a design flaw.
When you say cheaper than some builds . . . ;)
Looks good. Wasn't this the original thing to do back in the days of that electric blue valver with the turinis?
So what was in the pack?
Quick note. Don't use AG Cleans Wheels when you have your wheels refurbed. They'll go cloudy and dull in weeks (acidic cleaner :dead:).
Hold the icon down until it shakes, like deleting/moving icons. It brings up a "delete" symbol and that stops them/gets them out of the multitasking queue.
Just back from three days at Silverstone and the battery was at 5% on the train home at 7pm. On all the time, but not a great amount of use...
When on the phone and holding it to your head, the screen turns off and on. Was told it was something to do with the fact that the software behind the sensor judges colours and distance, rather than just shadow and light . . . could be b****cks. Who knows.
Never had an issue with sealent then wax and the difference, if any, will be minute. But like you say Russ, personal experience and opinions!
To be fair, most clients are given the choice of either or as the LSP. Sealents for those that won't wash their car that often/winter details. Wax for...
Fair enough.
Sealent for long term protection, wax for looks. The sealent will out last a wax but sometimes not bead as well. No harm in doubling up.
My old Clio was Chem Guys Blitz'd throughout winter, then waxed only throughout the better months. But only because I have/had the time.
