Oh and you should be tar removing after washing.

You need to polish after claying. As well as the above.

Again, here strikes the difference between "cleaning" and "washing" and "detailing". I clean my car weekly, usually, and have a good number of products to use. I detail my car once a year or so using 10's of products, hours and brain cells.

As with paint Trev, cutting pad, cutting polish. Recently 3M yellow with some old Menz IP that was lying around, refined with FF.

You need to polish and protect them so next time round all you need is warm soapy water. Wash, clay, polish, seal. Wash with Bilberry or just Autoglym Engine and Machine Cleaner (neutral cleaners/degreasers). Polish with something simple like SRP or Lime Prime Seal with a decent sealent/wheel...

Just wax. You won't need to polish or clay. And on a side note, polishing should always follow clay. So foam-rinse-wash-rinse-dry-clay-wash-rinse-dry-polish-seal-wax.

The perfume is about 100 times more concentrated though fella, so not a perfect comparison, but get where you're going ;)

But for anyone that know's their stuff, i.e. those that do it for a living or a hobby, know that £28 an hour is minimum wage for the amount of knowledge, experience, time, blood and sweat that goes in to a detail such as this.

Saw the signal drop on mine for the first time last night, was holding the phone in landscape playing angry birds and it dropped from 5 bars 3G (Voda Sure Signal) to 3 bars. Updated to 4.0.1 last night as well and that seems to have solved my data issue when accessing emails - guessing it was...
