Interior ones are a good idea IMO, as long as you find a product/provider that isn't go to bend you over for re-application. The exterior is a joke due to the price. All these additives are a great idea, truly they are. Dad has a film on the front of his car, as well as the sides/rear arches...

This is the key thing that worries me, especially with a red car. Even TBM, prefoam, hose sheeting water and pat dry with QD I still get the odd mark and only detailed the car around three months ago.

Do you have any experience in machine polishing? If not, don't buy a rotary. Worth searching in the specific "detailing" sub forum fella.

Agree on the above and I do want that chatter to remain. However, the "how to wash TBM" etc sort of threads need to be addressed as I find myself repeating over and over. It was the same before my "holiday", with Paul and I almost giving up coming in here or answering the 100s of threads!

You foam but don't TBM? I pressure wash down, then snow foam if necessary. To be honest, the car travels so few miles nowadays it barely needs washing weekly.

IF it cuts like 203s on VAG paint, I'll try it!
