The oils in the peanut butter break down the polishes and waxes. It is a case of rubbing it into the plastics and working it in. Then wiping it off to leave a clean plastic surface to protect.
Bugger, I missed out on seeing Jam's sexy face? Thought he'd died!
Good pics by both, very nice naughty blue rep, whoever that belongs to!
Sorry I couldn't make it down :(
Lol, married and at 50 I hope not!
Not got children or family of their own, both professors for major Pharm companies and never around, always off to artic or Churchill for the bears or this or that, chimps, gorillas, king penguines, you name it. She's starred in the National Geographic because...
Who'd 'ave 'em.
Jenny; "James, bought a 7D, come round"
I go round and she gives me a 40D and a 5D mk1 (mk2 is her back up to the 7D), two batteries each, 4 8gig cards, a LowePro bag; last time this happened I came away with a 28-135 canon lens and a 70-300DO.
I really need to get my arse...
Lol at those that fail to read the original post. He says it's been lowered!
Looks great mate, should sound good as well, now that Viper is in your hands :)
No fella, either or. Basically rub it in and let it work in. Then remove it with a cloth, wash and then seal with one of the above products.
Think of it as a polish/paint cleanser, but for your plastics.
Yes, getting rid of the stains from polish and wax is done with the above products (oils and peanut butter). This is your long term solution, until you get polish on them again.
Cleans the issues and contaminants out of the plastics, that causes the discolouration. The products suggested in this thread are purely protectants that go on top of a clean surface. These will only mask the problem for a couple of weeks/washes.
Mine was the same lad, don't worry about it. It's just light getting out due to badly fitting parts. Standard for a Renault TBH. When you're driving, you won't be able to detect it, it is so slight.
