Tramlining, hmm hard to explain.
If you imagine your on a mountain bike, and there is a rut running down the road, say about an inch deep..
you tyre would follow that rut in the road..
Same thing happens to small cars with big wheels on, it happens a little on my 172 with 16" alloys on...

i know when my mates rear drums got stuck the AA guy hit it with a hammer.. lol and it worked.
but for calipers I guess you could take the wheel off and see if there is anything obscuring their travel and other obvious things..
yep, tempting if I didnt already have one...
Although you could get an import for slightly (and I do mean slightly) less, I think the advantage of a UK sourced car outweighs the cash saving
If you read my post again, you will see that I said to press the demist button.. that brings on the aircon ;)
(although my aircon does nothing just now)
yep drove all the way from london to edinburgh, set the temp to 21c..
Kept asking people in my car.. are you too hot/cold..and they kept replying .. nah.. just right actually..
hehe, didnt need to alter the entire way. and as mike says, when the car is cold the fans stay off until the engine...

Good luck installing it and if it goes okay for you on monday I will be ordering mine, although I do also have to get road tax this month :cry: that will be a cool £160 please
