Ye most fuses are the blade type fuses that you will get in most garages etc. And I was just about to say, you should have spares or at least a place within the fusebox to keep your spares. Although I couldnt have confirmed that fact on the clio as I have never looked in the fusebox (yet)

ah, when your doing those sorts of speeds, aerodynamics comes into play a lot, just look at porche (i forget the model no) the spoiler only comes up at 80mph, because less than that speed it really isnt doing anything.

There must be an easy way, cause if it detects a fault in the abs sytsem it auto disables it and you get your ABS light on.

Well that would be her fault for being a stupid person that switches off things she doesnt know anything about. The same could be said about traction control, she takes a corner too fast and has accedently switched off traction control which would have got her round safely, instead she in now...

Yes but as I said, for what they are... I personally have done 0-60 is my 172 in 6.79 seconds.. (2 people in the car) 2.0 vs 2.0 Turbo charged, If I put a turbo charger in my 172 I would be expecting a lot better than .19 off my 0-60 time.

You are forced to use it because as you can not predict the exact level of grip you are bound to encounter the ABS system. I for one like to stab the brakes on a wet surface (or at least I used to) just to test for grip, and how much is there before breaking traction. This is very hard to...

I still say ABS is one of the best safety features introduced after the seatbelt. I hardly think manufacturors had reverse donuts in mind when they were thinking of safety. As stated by myself in another thread I would like to see the option to be albe to switch it off, rather than be forced...

Regardless, I think I will have a look at this engine mount. It really cant do any harm, I took it to renault and they said there was nothing wrong, so if I find a loose engine mount and fix the problem I will go mental on them. So just to re-itterate .. what is axel tramp ?

I guess its down to personal choice then.. cause I thought exactly the oppisite to you VR6man, I think the MK1 front looks outdated, and I really love the xenon headlights on the MK2. The MK1 looks tired and old IMHO
