If you're still in warranty you can go to any repair centre to get it fixed. CPW are pretty good at fixes. Just take your proof of purchase to show its still under warranty. They wont refuse you.

Use one of those little special cloths you get with plasma/lcd TVs, sure you must be able to buy them at curry/dixons/online etc. Other than that, I use the softest cotton t-shirt i have just to take any dust off.
