sorry to hear that! my mate did something similar but it involved his handbrake and rain. cost him around £3k but that was for a polo.

But on a 12month policy, he at least finish with a years experience. When my 10mont policy (poss 9months thinking about it now) I waited till I had 1 full year of experience as there was a big price difference.

Has she been phoning 0800, 0845, 0870, 09... etc? They wont be included in your minutes, they are chargeable, and some can be very expensive. You need a bill breakdown using Itemised Billing to see what calls were charged and how much they came to be.
