one of the other Clio's runners seams to be able to swap between the Dunlops and Yoko A048's without any problems.

No, we have to run Blue Book List 1b tyres, so basicly R888, A048, DZ03 etc, road legal treaded tyres. Fishcake: Next race isnt untill the end of August for us. The club is off to Nurburgring (for the classic stuff not tintops) then Spa and then Cadwell.

Fastest lap last year in Tintops was a 1:59 I thought that was fast. Ive passengered in an ex Clio cup car and the guy did a 2min dead on slicks with my extra bulk. Like you say 1:55 is quick!

Hankoks are not available anymore, a real shame as we hajust started to suss them out. The car was pretty good at Anglesey. CTR's are around 280bhp so we gather. We did beat one of them at Anglesey mind ;)

Car is quite different and obviousy were not on slicks. Were struggling to find the time and budget to do some proper testing. We need to take tyre temperatures etc and go from there. The Dunlops seem to be quite good but the Hankooks are what have thrown us. The setu is so different on them...
