The Cup is better known on the petrol forecourt. The amount of times people have asked if my red 182 is a Cup.

Trophy will be easier to sell than asking big money for a low mileage 12+ year old car. Buy on condition, not mileage. If they've both been looked after the same then maybe consider buying a 100k Cup and pocketing a few grand?

What about the other option? Retain the Clio badge but leave the other side clean? Personally I'm with Gally, it's so well-suited to the 1*2 in my opinion.

That's great to hear. I often wonder whether something as capable and comfortable as the BMW would render the more special but less practical car redundant. I'm glad it doesn't. Lovely car, lovely part of the world too, although I can't imagine a blast - the only time I visit it's just packed...
