Blue wire is to the headunit remote to power the adapter, red plug goes to the wires coming from the steering remote which are currently connected to the back of the clock/display. Unplug them from back of clock into adapter, simple.

Do not hold the pads on the discs like that when they're that hot or you'll be binning them. Don't even stop after getting them hot. I always had that much pedal travel and it was 110% fully bled.
