I've done mine every 6k from new - just to be on the safe side and keep things fresh.
I never thought it would need any more frequent than that seeing as Renault will warrant the engine and gearbox so long as every 12k is adhered to.
As discussed Chris...very odd.
If it helps any here's a pic of some Pagid Blues with spring clips attached...
Maybe the ones you have are actually a different pattern that just happens to fit in (very badly though)?
I tend to give them a few high speed firm long stops to get them bedded in at the start, then take it easy for a few hundred miles, trying not to get them too hot.
After that it's rock and roll.
That's odd. Mine handles exactly the same - it is running the same suspension after all.
Do you mean it has less grip?
I like mine on the 185s, means you can have a laugh with it at lower speeds.
I don't use these 185s on track - they're winter road tyres only, and with them being only...
I run 185/55/15, 195/50/15, and 205/50/15 depending on track/weather/whatever.
They're all close enough to a 195/45/16 or 205/45/16 to make any difference in rolling radius completely un-noticeable.
Here's mine wearing 185/55/15...
