I've done mine every 6k from new - just to be on the safe side and keep things fresh. I never thought it would need any more frequent than that seeing as Renault will warrant the engine and gearbox so long as every 12k is adhered to.

I tend to give them a few high speed firm long stops to get them bedded in at the start, then take it easy for a few hundred miles, trying not to get them too hot. After that it's rock and roll.

I run 185/55/15, 195/50/15, and 205/50/15 depending on track/weather/whatever. They're all close enough to a 195/45/16 or 205/45/16 to make any difference in rolling radius completely un-noticeable. Here's mine wearing 185/55/15...
