Nothing wrong with that car or the motor in my opinion. The Duratec 2.5 in my Mondeo, and the 2.5 in my Omega both made only approx. 170 bhp. The 2.5 V6 in a Jaguar X-Type makes less than that Kia. What's so wrong with that motor?

I put mine on the scales at work and it weighed 12.4 kgs with the front rubber mats included, and they weighed 3 kgs alone. That's not far off the weight of a spare wheel. If you get as far as I have, it makes more of a difference, as you're removing a proportionately larger piece.

Have you tried picking up 89kgs? It is a very capable track car as standard - needs nothing doing to it at all.

Yep, it's the Panasonic TH42-PX70. Was an internet deal, a Store called Laskys. I'll phone the Panasonic freephone number first I think, see what they suggest.

Not tried another input for the Sky box, but switching between HDMi and Digital Freeview gives the same lines. Anyone had a problem like this? Sending this away for repair is going to be a massive pain in the arse!

Don't know what mine weighs, but a guess is that I've taken approx. 50kgs out which should put me at about 970kgs. I'll get round to dragging it all out of the attic at some point and I'll put it on the scales at work.

89kgs. Back seats and spare wheel are the easiest/quickest gains, and it's completely free. Don't underestimate how much things weigh either...my rear speakers and lower seatbelt mounts came to almost 7kg, and the front carpet/underlay was 9.5kgs.
