things like a panel filter i don't bother, its just a long life version of whats already there things that you should imo, exhausts, suspension, any engine upgrades i amended mine the other week, i tried to say it was a stainless replacement... they (tesco) asked how much power increase it...

hhmmm might give that a try, i've got the meguires mitt, but when its full of water imo it just becomes a pain to use

i find the mitt a right pain to use though, i use a sponge but use the two bucket method works for me!

don't think so.... but not sure, apparenly greenlight insurance do a very good deal for standard 172, but can't do it on a cup somone else should confirm remember though, its what you want, the standard 172 mk2 phase2, have air con, leather xenon lights abs etc cups don't

its just a pain to be honest, the kit costs £130 for the belt and pulleys etc, then the aux belt will want doing £15 ish.... the rest is labour. You'd be better taking it to a specalist as this would be cheaper again this doesnt need doing till 72k... but as mentioned above i got mine done @...

no.... not wing off! its a bigger job on a standard 172 due to the air con in the way etc not as bad on a cup ;)

cambelt is around 70 thou by the book, but i had mine done at 50k just to be safe, it should have had a major service @ 36.... has this been done?

i just stripped the reno seats and bolted them to my cobra subframes

lol, tbh, there is deffo somethong about a frst, black with quad headlights, dropped on standard rims look awsome just be careful with the escorts, my mate brought one.... looked in mint condition, but the rear chassis legs were shafted, and the more of the kit that come away.... the more...

mint that, dunno if i'd be looking at either rs turbos, they will be rotten, especially the escorts... and wont handle neary as well....
