I'm not going to argue but its all in your head because of the noise. If you dyno'd it before and after fitted i'd put money on there being hardly any difference.
And how have you gained top end when the gearing hasn't changed.
Its a well accepted fact that bolt-ons make very little difference.
Deffo not a 1.4 16v as the K4J lump has the exhaust at the rear for a start. That and the picture of "his" head isn't a K4J head as the top part of the cam journels are part of the cam cover like the RS engine.
I'd have though the battery would only last a couple of hours with bluetooth and the backlight active all the time. I always use mine with a car charger.

The older versions used to still leave a little gap, the latest ones are fine though. Theres a crossfading option now as well, i'm not sure what it does other than set the gap to 0 but it must be there for a reason. I usually use that and its fine.
As its a Ph2 engine it's got a fly by wire throttle and no ISCV. Basically, as said clean the throttle body up it seems to get s**t up over time and it stops it fractionally opening to make it run the cold start high idle.
I cleaned mine with meths and kitchen paper last time.
According to the reminder in CO2 level is 165G/KM. Whats yours?
I can only assume the Ph2 engine is more efficient and kicks out less CO2 than the Ph1. Has the Ph1 engine got twin lambdas?
Looks fine, don't like the Ph3 front bumper though. The only benefits are the rear discs, better seat pattern and the silver bits inside.

Holding the buttons on boot are for hard format (i think) which is different somehow but I forget in which ways.
Well my 9855R never came with a battery live feed. Although I have heard about some alpine headunits needing one.
