Yeah, I raced one a few months back on the M5... At first I was keeping up, but then it gradually crept away :( I've also heard that they're really unreliable, the guy who does the Cannonball Rally in one breaks down every 5 minutes! lol

After owning a 172 for 3 years the Leon felt "softcore", didn't feel sporty at all... ...More like a reps motorway car. I'm not arguing with you though, it was a nice car :)

I've driven a few (I work at a car sales lol) ...and I really like them! Can't wait till I can afford one! :)

Nah, the Leon is big and heavy... that's the Clio's biggest strength!

My old Leon Cupra R 225 was nothing special... don't think you'd have too much trouble beating an FR. ...Top end he may beat you.
