Airbox won't help, will just suck hot air in from the engine bay rather than drawing the cooler air from behind the headlight. And drilled airbox lol :D.

Not too difficult to do i'd have thought. You'd need a battery container, some 0 gauge cable to extend the positive connection to the boot and a new earth in the boot. Shouldn't cost too much or take too long to diy...

The violet wire in the power iso connector is the speed pulse I believe, beyond that I can't help you.

Yeh considered that option as it'd be cheaper than the bloody kit x2 if they're any good. Though I may just leave them until they need to be done as they aren't posing a problem atm, no vibration and still brakes straight. Hmm ho hum.
