I've got Infinity 5012CS in my front/rear and i'd say there as good if not better at bass reproduction than the Renault originals, though I had a quick listen to those Pioneers in Halfrauds and i'd say they sounded pretty much the same so could be the speakers. Though also the rear speaker...
I just unscrewed the fuse holder and pushed it through from the cabin side and then reconnected it once the cable was through, is much easier imo and theres less risk of the grommet pushing out.
How big is the cable?, I managed 4gauge yesterday but don't think anything much bigger would fit...
Yeh should light the ring around the lighter and light the ashtray up inside a bit.
Imagine the bulbs gone, its easy peasy to change as the ashtray and the can holder thing are just clipped in and just pull straight out.
Are they not height adjustable like the dynamique seats? I've got a lever on the left hand side that you pull up and can adjust the height of the seat.

Well i've had a go and thats mine, completely standard as it now stands.
Yep any clio with a trip computer can do this, puts the dash into diagnostic mode.
Don't think there is a way to change what the trip comp displays normally.
They started using the Cabasse headunits into the >05 clios so the stalk and screen operates differently electrically so the currently avaliable adapters don't work.
I think there is something avaliable now but it costs over £100.
I had it randomly come on twice in my old 1.2, just restarted the engine and the light went out both times. Just put it down to a quirk, never had any problems.
Yeh, apparently they've made more RenaultSports than they have 1.6's. Not surprised really took me a while to find one near to me that was the right age/mileage.
So far its a rocketship as far as i'm concerned i'm sure i'll want it to go faster after a week but hey thats how it works I guess. Much better than my previous 1.2 power anyway :).
Must say it does make rather a nice noise, doesn't sound competely caned when your giving it some stick unlike...
Its been dealer washed so i'll have to give it the once over tomorrow after work, its in serious need of it.
Nothing too major, thinking coilovers, viper, colour coding and a cat back of some sort (anyone got any opinions/recomendations on the exhaust front ?). Gotta get all me ice back in at...
Just picked up me new car this afternoon, coming from a 1.2 the power is mucho welcomed. Almost bought a Yaris T-Sport but decided to stay loyal after getting quite a good deal on this and i'm glad I did.
And for anyone whos going to say should have got a 172 I would do but insurance at 18 isn't...
Haven't done it in a while, though everytime I think about it, bang there we go stalled.
I'm sure i'll stall the new car a few times before I get completely used to it.
Differences are as much as I can remember:
Different Alloys
Different Clock with Digital Fuel/Temp Gauges
Different Front Bumber
1.2 16v has revised intake manifold similar to the 1.4/1.6Thats all I can remember, theres probably more though.
