I just unscrewed the fuse holder and pushed it through from the cabin side and then reconnected it once the cable was through, is much easier imo and theres less risk of the grommet pushing out. How big is the cable?, I managed 4gauge yesterday but don't think anything much bigger would fit...

Yeh should light the ring around the lighter and light the ashtray up inside a bit. Imagine the bulbs gone, its easy peasy to change as the ashtray and the can holder thing are just clipped in and just pull straight out.

Are they not height adjustable like the dynamique seats? I've got a lever on the left hand side that you pull up and can adjust the height of the seat.

Yeh must say I think mines quicker than that, thought you were using 3rd to start with, mines much quicker through 2nd.

Is a square 8mm key I think, not 100% sure. You'll need a sump plug kit to get it out anyway.

Yep any clio with a trip computer can do this, puts the dash into diagnostic mode. Don't think there is a way to change what the trip comp displays normally.

They started using the Cabasse headunits into the >05 clios so the stalk and screen operates differently electrically so the currently avaliable adapters don't work. I think there is something avaliable now but it costs over £100.

I had it randomly come on twice in my old 1.2, just restarted the engine and the light went out both times. Just put it down to a quirk, never had any problems.

Yeh, apparently they've made more RenaultSports than they have 1.6's. Not surprised really took me a while to find one near to me that was the right age/mileage.
