    Anything with a red wire is +12v before ignition. Yellow is +12v after ignition. i.e. ignition live.

    Take the airbox off and get someone to look at the throttle body as you press the pedal. Should open instantly and you'll be able to see a delay.

    When you say flickering, do you mean just a slight flicker or an on and off sort of flicker? Xenons or halogens?

    WD-40 is a good lubricant for machining aluminium on a lathe and stuff. Fine for use on the threads, I've seen it used before.

    WD-40 or silicone spray on the threads to stop them galling up.

    It could be that anyway or an air leak, i'm no expert. Just with the way it moves out of sync with the throttle.

    Did you try a map sensor on this? The way it rises at the same time as the engine speed dropping could be suspicious. Mine reads 380mbar at idle.

    7703602200 Is the rear ones. 7703044201 - That's the captive nut to go with them.

    When you've selected all the parameters you want to log, you have to click the blue live data button at the top for it to start. I made the mistake of wondering why it wasn't working before now ?

    You can datalog with RSTuner.
