    Well i'm on 18k and 3.5 years so i'm gonna follow Renaults guidlines as per my cars manual. So far to me 3yrs just seams to be CS recomendation.

    Haynes manual has nothing to do with RS models.

    Seams to be mixed opinions on this. My service book says it's 5 years or 36k. But quite a few people reckons it's 3 years.

    Yeah i do have a compulsary excess of £350, and voluntary of £0, yours could have compulsary of £350 and then your voluntary of £350 meaning you loose £700 of any payout.
