Andy, will they travel to Scatland??? lol
or actually i might be coming down to see my engine when your doing the Mapping so i may get it done then. What sort of money is it? Someone kicked my 2 week old dCi and left a large dent in the rear offside wing, i took the trim off and have pushed it...
Racer X, the 1.8 is a mono point too, so you use the full assembly.
It DOES work as i have done it, you need to bore out the manifold slightly and get it chipped. I did it along with a regroung cam and mdded head.
Oh and were are talking about the 1.4 mono Point Injection Energy Engine that...
no way, im sory if you thought you had 198bhp and im not having a go, but with those mods i wouldnt expect much more than 160, if that.
Fitted an induction kit to my car and LOST power!!!
When I did it, I got the TB for 20 quid, you need to slightly overbore the manifold, which I did myself. I bought a reground cam, flowed head and manifold for £400 and then get it chipped.
As for insurance, physically looking at it an insurance inspector will not be able to tell that it has...
it is not a regular road car, and i would prefer to set up the brakes the way i want it. Also my std is a bit done want to get a new one so though a after market one would be better.
Oh and i will never have any more weight in th back of this car.
yea I know you can adjust the std one for different loads etc which will effect braking and I dont need to adjust it from inside the car, however I would prefer to have an after market one designed to adjust the braking force rather than the load sensitive one that’s std.
Something like this...
Has any one changed this on there willy/valver to an adjustable one? I can find a lot in the states for sale but cant seem to find any here, anyone know where I could get one?
Cheers folks, was just thinking about putting the real Maxi wheels on it, and I’m doing a lot of engine tuning and didnt want the big wheels to adversely affect it.
Im thinking about changing my 18" tecnomagnesio detroit F1s for a a set of 16/17" speedlines. what you think?

I cant remember what chip it was, it was >3 years ago but it was either a super chip or star chip.
It is very good and very easy. I was so impressed and so was thegarage that actually did the work. No phiscal looks difference so no need to tell the insurance and you gat a group 5 120ish bhp...
i did the Laguna Throttle as well years ago and it was a great mod, did that, reground cam, modded head and chip and was running over 100bhp, Was very nice.
OK ive got a pic, spoke to BenR on MSN and we decided to try A-C-B-G-E-F-D
However when i do this, G and D are not tight against the car and can move about a bit. So what do people think?

i think it is 177bhp at the fly and is in PGTi
I know of a better one than that that has about 177 at the wheels after only 100 miles so should be more once run in.
Oh and i know of an ever better one that is in progress eh Ben?
It only does it on full throttle; I doubt very much that youll be on full throttle longer than your battery can support the aux products.
I think it works in a way that on full throttle your crank will not have the load of the alternator to turn, thus it can provide slightly more power to the...
very very few amps can run at a load of under 4 ohms when bridged. DO NOT run both coils to a bridged channel or youll feck your amp.
If you are buying an amp for it, get a mono channel
Sure thing, anytime babe!!!
Nick, Ive tried to contact the guy you gave me details of a few times but have never been able to get through to him.
Oh and bubbles, i got my kit from Nick.

Ah but Nick, you copied me!!! ;)
And a Maxi is not "kits" it is a Maxi there is a difference. It is based on an actual Clio made my Renault Sport not like body kits. lol
You know i dont want another Clio in the club to have the same kit ;) but seen its you...
it wasnt that hard to find anyway, just typed Prima Racing into yahoo and it was the first on the list. Remember i never got mine from Prima, although thats where it originally came from.
