"SBD1195 & SBD304 are combined to give the large increase in power suitable for full Race engines or Top Spec Sprint Cars or State of the art Rally Cars. + 70 - 80 BHP* over standard cams. Power band 4500 -9000 RPM"
Would cost you a small fortune ontop of the cams to make them run. I thought...
80bhp from cams? April fool come early? I would love to see where these cams can be bought and how much. It wont matter what powerband the cams are at they wont make 80bhp on there own. Even the wildest of cams wouldnt be making 80bhp and you couldnt run them on there own without other engine...
If and i mean if you really didnt want to declare them all then i would leave off the remap as the chances of them knowing about this are minimal if non exsistent.
Officially you should declare anything that is not standard
Sentences start with a capital letter, never start a new sentence with "and" and a full stop should be used to complete the sentence. Not that i am being anal :S
Anyway back on topic,
I had some eibach prolines on my 172 and couldnt fault them however if its the lowered look you want a...
Sold my 172 Mk2 for a 106 gti to save some money and can honestly say i dont regret it yet. Driving the 106 is somehow more involving and i am alot surer of the cars handling and have more confidence in it. Ok its not quite on the pace of a 172 (yet  ) but its not far off.
I tell a lie...
If your doing it on your own mate i advise compressors, i did mine on my own and it was so much easier with compressors! If you can get a mate round tho its easy. As for getting the shocker stuck make sure its not ripping the CV boot if its stuck behind the brakes as they have a tendency to...

Something along those lines will do you. When you go and get one tho make sure its...
I just used an old hard drive i had lying around (used to empty lots of travel agents when the closed down and the cctv systems had harddrives in that i saved from the bin lol) and put it into an enclosure that you can get online for about £30. Worked a treat for me and saved me buying a...
LMFAO!!!!!!!!!....No futher comments :-)
I would save the money you would be spending on the 18s mate and go for coilovers and 15s, will make it look much much better when slammed on 15s
Clios are a mixed bag, when i had my 172 i flashed at loads and only on occasion had one back. A few flashed at me too etc. As for helping i would probably stop yet not be too confident that one would stop in return etc unless they are from cliosport on here.
However when i had my MGTF almost...
Could always lift next doors car over the engine and then just drop it ontop of yours, no need to fit it for him, when he comes back if your lucky will just presume his engine 'fell out' maybe.....maybe not....
...on a serious note mate you have a PM
Good luck
edit : its a bit pricey but its...
This isnt the tests i found the other day but just found it now, shows BP U lacking behind Optimax in performance applications
They tested a 81bhp clio tho and it produced 81bhp on both BP and Shell and also 81bhp on normal 95 RON...
Cant remember now mate but i will have a look see if i can find it.
The test basically had about 6 cars, i can remember a VXR in there and maybe a FRS with some more. They fed the cars on the 3 different petrols and then had them Rolling roaded before (95 RON) and after on the 3 fuels...
That coupled with the fact in recent tests BP ulimate proved to be no better than normal 95 ron and lagged quite far behind Optimax and Tesco in performance tests. I cant understand how BP can charge so much. In warrington BP U. is 1.05.9 i think and Optimax is 98.9 lst time i filled up.
When i had my MGTF it had a clifford 650 with proximety sensors and that worked well. Once set up, takes a while when you armed it with the roof down basically the alarm created a virtual roof that when anything entered the area the roof should be it would go off.
He didnt break anything tho regarding the no racing...Insurers dont cover you to race, fair enough but they HAVE to cover you to and from the race track providing your car is roadworthy. Going by what your saying everyone that does a trackday has to inform their insurance company saying they...
You wont be laughing when i finish it with a can of orange paint, lower it another 50mm, get my 200mm wheel spacers on and fit the neons under it will you!!!!!
You will all be jealous when i get that 100bhp chip off fleabay and razz past all you 172 owners init ;)
Regarding the gearbox comments i really wouldnt bother, for the price of buying a box and fitting it really isnt worth it. Also what you gain lower down you might lose top end etc etc. I dont know that much about the different clio boxes available so you would have to research it but i doubt it...
Forget about the eco-s**t valve and the power boost thingy me jiggy you said about in your first post. They are for want of a better word pants!
The eco-s**t does nothing and there are even reports that prolonged use will fook the engine. If you check the website etc now it probably doesnt say...
