I got mine insured on my 172 a few months ago....insurance went down by £200. A nice saving and also easier to get her to pick me up from the pub as driving the 172 has to be better than a 1.1 corsa :dapprove:

wont get it all done for less than £1000 mate IMO. The only real saving to be made would be having your cams reprofiled instead of buying new ones but wont be much cheaper i dont think. Could be wrong tho

A watch would be a sound investment. I spent about 1.5k on a tag watch when i was 17. I am now 26 and i can honestly say i still wear my tag everyday, its never broken and still on the same battery. Its out lasted every car i have had by a number of years.

Those reading seem right, i got 168bhp with modded inlets, panel filter and zorst. Hopefully will be up above 170 now i have my group N fitted but i doubt it lol iirc 172ps is 166bhp and its basically a mixed bag what you get from renault. Also different RR give different readings...
