Yeo your right that re syncros the keys up but doens't program them thats how to fix them if they get mixed up as can happen.

Worn disks measure the thickness with a micrometer. Warper check with a DTI. Unlikly to warp unless you get the brakes very hot and then stop dead and leave your foot on the pedal the pad stick to the disk and make the disk unever. Stock disk are fine even with harder race pads.

172 and 182 engines only differ with codes the only bit which actually makes any difference is the 4-2-1 exhaust manifold and you cannot use a 172 exjaust with a 182 manifold unless you made a cat up to fit. 172 use the f4r 736 engine codes the 182 err i forget. Its on a metal plate down by...

Don't bother. Gains are tiny and there no decient gains ones out there. Decat gives abit more power and response not huge the noise makes you think its more.
