You wouldn’t need the shorter shaft with that rcc mate. Stronger clutch is because valeo are s**t with even a marginal hp increase, nevermind the extra load from the gripper.
It’ll be that PMS shifter. All boxes I build get new synchros from 3rd to 5th as well.
For some reason they’re proper finicky to get right going into 5th. Seen a lot do the exact same thing.
From what me, @Cub. & @dann2707 saw last night, this game is now broken beyond belief.
It’s days with me are definitely getting numbered now, and I’ll just go back to playing multiplayer.
The hacking is out of control and I don’t think even Activision know how to fix it.
Yeah but it’s reasonably basic in terms of choice, so 6 pot, 4 pot, 3 pot, petrol or diesel.
But we actually have a test module now where they turn off the injectors and measure the speed that the engine slows down on each individual cylinder. That’s also very, very accurate for the readings...
To do the compression tests at work using the imib (bmw oscilloscope) it works off an amp clamp to measure the current draw. Very clever how it works, and when I was shown at the bmw training centre the imib vs a proper compression tester, the results were remarkably close.
Very good for being...
Lol! I’m just a bit OCD about stuff that’s all. Build em right, build em once 👍🏻
I wouldn’t be fitting a pulley without balancing the entire RA mate. It’s a modification that will only give any rewards when used in combination with other things. My R3 Maxi engine build revved like a bike in...
No mate, as in the entire rotating assembly, so crank, rods, pistons, flywheel and clutch. I actually went to the extreme of cams and exhaust pulley on my build, but that’s a tad overkill 😂
They are 2 piece mate yeah. Even supertech ones are. But the friction welded join is higher up the stem so less chance of failure.
Only other valves I know of for the F4R are Sinus (sp?) but not sure if they’re 1 or piece.
Lightweight pulleys are fine, providing you have the entire assembly...
In that situation you would’ve been better off keeping the power on. It would’ve sent him round a lot sooner and done panel damage to your car. Trust me, ex banger racer so I know all about car placement to ruin someone else’s day.
Shame to see it come to an end like that for you.
