Heres the code. It's a mess but as said I'm still learning.:rasp:
Html:
<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.1 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">
<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">
<head>
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type"...
Reading from the specs I think it's had a lot more done than the basic conversion! 13k is about right IMO but I think you'll actually get closer to 12k.
Well I've just got home and the site looks the same as when at work for me in IE7. All the text lines up in the right places!!!
Just going to install firefox to have another look.
I'm starting to mess around with CSS and thanks to a few people on here I've overcome my first problem.
Now my second problem. Basically when the site is viewed in Internet Explorer it all aligns as it should. When viewed in Firefox all the text is lower than it should be!!
Is this a common...
Ah, I can see what yout doing there, but what happens if I wanted that image say 100px from the left and 100px from the top of the white box. How would I do that.
Furry Cup, thats worked perfectly!:star:
I'm having problems getting CSS to do what I want! I'm very new to using it so please be as basic as possible if you can help.
Here's the html code:
<body>
<div id="div-1"></div>
<div id="div-1a"><img src="Images/Common/TL-Background.gif" /></div>
</body>
Here's the CSS code...
What did yours run Rich?
I think the powerstation rollers do over read but as said in this thread, when i went there, other cars were making either book power or similar to runs at other dynos on the same day mine was ran.
Thats happened to me in both my last clio and my current one! Luckily I needed to get the front bumper sprayed anyway on this one!
Gutted for you. Theres nothing worse than someone else damaging your car and leaving you to foot the bill!
I prefer minimal contact, but I don't think theres anything wrong with rubbing doors on straights! Blatently taking other cars out should get a penalty!
Does anyone know if other controller layouts will be included in the final game?
Well my opinion is that its just ok. My biggest bugbear is the fact that the demo forces you to use the shoulder buttons to accelerate and brake. I hate this setup. Because of this it's ruining my experience. I hope the game isn't the same. Graphics aren't an amazing step forward but are ok and...
I have a Dell Inspiron 9400 laptop. It's brilliant in everyway, I just wish now I'd specced it with more storage! So I now want to replace the hard drive. On my order it specs the disk drive as:
80GB (5,400 rpm) SATA Hard Drive.
I've seen this which seems a good price...
Ah ok. I thought i'd read somewhere that one of the early fixes was for your downloads to continue whilst playing. Thought I'd broken mine! Not to worry.
I think it's 6750 when the engine is cold and 7250 once warmed up.
I've had the limiter increased on mine (because Kully did:cool: ). It made it's peak power on the rolling road recently at 6900, so no need to increase it really!
