    Id say either the zetec s or the clio! Definately not the golf!!! The zetec s is a very nice looking car, the clio is a very nice looking car. But its down to the indivuidual really.

    ahhh...snapped my engine cover

    The same thing happened to me a couple weeks back. My solution was to drill a small hole where the lugs were and where they clip into and insert a small screw. Works a treat and doesnt actually look that bad.

    Just been looking at a Clio F1 Team R27 in black.

    I didnt think the people at inchcape were that bad when i went there. I was just going to look at clios to get an idea and the manager came over and started chatting to me about them and even let me sit in his own 197 that was out the back!

    well i bought my 2001 clio 1.2 dynamique for £2,900 with 40,000 miles on the clock. Id imagine the expressions are a little bit cheaper so id say £2,500 is about the right price. Try http://www.parkers.co.uk they give good pricing for all cars.

    Clio II recall re bonnet catch

    i havent got one. My bonnet doesnt 'pop' open anymore though. you have to pull the lever about 3 or 4 times for it to push itself open but it doesnt pop. i then have to pop it open myself by pulling up on the bonnet lightly.

    im surprised at how many people dont like the 182 exhausts! Personally i think they look great, makes it individual and sets it apart from the other clios. Cant wait till i can a 182 at some point!!

    Id recommend either the Alpine 9855r - loads and loads of features with great expandability. or the Alpine IDA - X001 - solely made for ipod, looks great but not as many features.
