cheers, i've fitted gaz coilovers today (182 ones with a little help from my diegrinder :) )
gonna nip down to lazalign next weekend to set everything up (i know the boss man down there) so we are gonna spend some time on it and see what we can do
now the coilovers are fitted its obviously...
point of fact though, if you remove the cyl. head you replace the gasket, bolts and timing belt as part of the job
incidentally, how much did they charge you ??
which p/s pipe did they replace? i know that engine bay is tight, but i see no reason to remove the cyl head to change a pipe!
are you sure they did'nt just take off the inlet manifold? (to gain a little room)
hi, still playin with my noisy aux belt LOL
question, how much endfloat/whats the max permissable in the power steering pump on a clio 172 ph1 with air???
'cos there seems to be quite a lot. my dial gauge is at work so i cant measure it.
the aux belt is making a clicking sound, taken it...
yep, just been to look, seems to be the aux belt on the crank pulley, if i spray the crank pulley with brake cleaner it goes away for a moment. the belt is only a month old
i cant see anything on the belt or pulley yet. but the rubber damper section (separating the two parts as it were) is...
the ebay resistor is
a)crap
b)a rip off
c)bad for your motor
if it was that good, i'd have two and three ecotec's and a pair of tubo zet's and have a ten second car that loses its floorpan when i go over 30mph
;)
