sorry but the black ones look MUCH better than standard. They shouldnt even be called lexus lights as they dont have a silver/chrome background!

the induction roar wont be any louder than the hosing as the viper is enclosed. Get a relocation pipe with an open filter if you want noise! i think the hillpower kit looks good
I ran mine straight under the car! it follows the brake lines all the way to the back, then goes behind the exhaust heat shield and up through a grommet in the spare wheel well.
not too sure which model they were but i compared them to infinitys, and one other that i forgot! what are the alpine type-rs like treble-wise? i dont like my music to sound really hissy
would you say it is similar to a magnex tom? theyre quite quiet. I dont want it to be k-tec loud, just slightly noticeable...

Mind you i know them peco back boxes make a fair difference as well. Did you notice any difference in power? i suppose id have to try it. Would you be able to make one up?
Dont even go there about old bolts... i changed the wheel bearings on my RT and it took me f**kin hours to get the hub...
I dont really want this for the power gains, just to make my exhaust a bit more raucous without having to have a tailpipe showing. i only really wanted a full system if i could cut the tailpipe into the bumper but i cant be arsed right now as i want 172 bumpers.

theres some sort of wax that you can apply but i dont know the name of it. saw it in a demon tweeks catalogue. Also, K-tecs kevlar brake pads are supposed to give off less brake dust....
noel get a viper! ive just got one, its not loud but still sounds deep and you can hear it sucking. I can definitely feel an improvement in the mid-range.
go for it mate, its still gonna be a quick car. Might just have to get yourself a turbo to balance it out a bit;)
Dont lower it 60mm at the back though, it will f**k the handling. If you think, when you accelerate the rear of the car drops as the front raises so there will be even less weight...
Surely the ram effect is irrelevant. Isnt it the fact that cold air is going directly into the filter and the airbox shields it from power-sapping engine bay heat?
