ull find if u go off the mark againt eachother itll seem quic because its an eight valve once u get up to about 4000 revs ull take off and leave it behind quite easily, raced one before off the lights.
we met at the next set of lights and the gut in the rsi gave a wave to acknowledge...
simple use ya ears, get it running and tweek it till it sounds the best. start lowest and work up the frequency till just before u van hear other noises but the main bass.
could need a new starter motor or could be the simple case of ya dizzy cap getting damp inside, take it off spray in there with wd40 and taa daa.. happy!
but u should know they do cost a lot to maintain, cost even more to repair
on the hull u can see other cables going through already, i think, otherwise it could be an empty grommet, cant remember for sure. cant look though cause my cars in the land of repair.
u could use self drilling security screws for ya changer. otherwise get a good alarm fitted, i had my stuff knicked out my old car the same way. so ever since all my cars have had a decent alarm system, never had problems since.
