He aint lieing, i'd have one in a shot for the right price. The feeds from the phase 1 box actually route to the 2 cut outs below the headlight as well (on the phase 1 at least) so they get a really good flow of air. Try comparing an ITG Lax£380ogen to a phase 1 airbox see any similarities?

I have suspected that my engine mounts may be a little shonky ever since I bought the car. It is due for its 48k service shortly at which time it will be getting new discs, pads, plugs, belts etc. but I want to nip this exhaust knocking, gearstick shaking issue in the bud at the same time...

Build up of crap around the butterfly from the breather pipe? Use some carb cleaner to clean all the shoite from around the butterfly and on both sides then work in a little wd40. That may do the trick.

Officially it is mainly the manifold but does it actually give you 10 bhp? Every time a 182 is fitted to a 172 it only gives between 3 and 5 bhp, from what I have seen at least. Could the better cast on the plenum and inlet not give a greater gain than is given credit for. After all, BenR...

Looks good. Similar to mine minus a few touches. 3/4 plate, obligatory Turinis' and V6 spoiler. Now has 1.2 badges to complete the look.
