done a fair few sprays. Only done my front bumper as I wanted to try it out but didnt have time to do my whole car. Its a light mist, almost water. Also, I use it once my car is fully dry? So i wash, dry, then a quick layer of QD?

Ye course. Just an opinion of mine thats all, plus it was an older car.

Go on then... Im not one for 'racing' so didnt race anything. Just wasnt worth the fuel I was sticking in it. The Fiesta was better IMO. Polo is fab on fuel, plus it looks smart, and is alot newer.

Re the gearbox, I sold my MY07 Zetec S Fiesta for the 182, and the gearbox felt terrible in the clio, took alot of getting used to.

Well i have driven my dads Clio 200 a fair bit, and thought it felt alot nicer package, felt quicker, seemed to hold to the road better, and just alot nicer. 'apparently' the belts were done by kwik fit, but there was no service history as such, just a peice of paper with the service dates etc...

Wasnt I didnt like it, just wasnt what I expected. They get given so much hype, yet i though compared to my Dads old Astra GSi (MK4), it felt alot slower. Maybe due to not having a turbo, but even his Clio 200 feels much quicker than the 182 did. Plus, with work I am now doing just shy of 100...

It doesnt fit straight onto a 182 bumper, you have to cut it and cut round the holes

Better looking is obviously personal prefernce, i personally think the 200 makes the 197 look dated.

It isnt that bad on fuel, when I had my 182 it would average 32mpg. My parents 200 is currently averaging 33mpg. If you drive it hard it will get less, just like any other car.

VX220T looks great. remember when they were brand new, sitting in one at a Vauxhall dealer, so low its unreal.

Ok sound, so if i get a quick detailer (eg megs) this will be fine after every wash, then every, say, 4 washes use AF Tripple and TC?

What do you suggest after every wash then? I need to apply something so apply AF tripple as its nice and easy. With regards to TC i am doing it right, just cant see where I've applied it as its clear, so normally take the top off the bottle and pour it onto my applicator pad, works a treat but...
