just avoid bumpy roads for the first few runs, maybe torque up the bolts onto sills too so you know what tightness they are, then if they slip a little adjust how tight they are, if that makes sense. So you can get it the same every time . . .
if the pole is for the camera, for that sort of set up I would think you would be fine. The ones at the front only bend when jacking as there pushing 300kg plus under load.

They are the jacking points what are bent and as said them holes in the bit that is bent is for the hook on the scissor jack to go through. Yes they are like cheese and not up to the job and all this bollox about they wouldn't bend if they were ment to be jacking points, buy a German car and...
its not the worst one I've seen but they may write it off. If they do make sure you buy it back and get it fixed (banged out) and either keep it as a cheap car or sell it on and make a profit. Also never accept the first offer if they do write it off, they always leave room for a bit extra cash...
