    Bad Flames!

Shitting hell dude, that looks nasty. Hope it's easy enough to repair.

    changing xenons in a 182...??

As above. Taking the bumper off allows you to do other stuff while you're there, such as replacing broken fog lights, fixing your leaking headlight washers or in my case, clearing dead wildlife out of your intercooler. I can pretty much guarantee you'll break something if you don't take the...

    LSD's

So what other options are available for the 1*2's besides the Quaiffe and Gripper? And would they fit in a DCi box? I'm thinking of changing to a DCi box when I destroy my current gearbox with torque  I'm currently leaning towards the Quaiffe ATB diff because my mate had one in his 205...

    Appointments Application/Program - Needed For My Mum's Business - £5 PPGift..

As said above - Microsoft Outlook will do the job perfectly. Especially if you make use of the scheduling assistant too.

Petition To Get Rid Of Front Numberplates

A bad idea TBH. As above, if my car was stolen I'd want ANPR to pick it up. Although I'm sure technology could provide a better solution than the visible, stealable and forgeable number plate to identify cars. I'm not going to lose sleep over it either way...

Purple wheels on a silver 182

LMAO @ "Been told it's a trophy model??"

So.... im thinking of getting a clio v6...

I think the general concensus is that if you aren't sure if you'll be able to afford it, you most probably can't. Also, don't forget that although fuel is £5 odd per gallon now, at the rate it's currently going up it won't be long before it's £7 odd per gallon so running costs are only going to...

    205 GTI Mi16

FLOL. Best sticky the "For Sale" thread then. Back OT, give me the 205 any day. Far superior to MK1 Golfs IMO, plus that's easily going to be one of the tidiest examples around, and with the engine Peugeot should have fitted to it in the first place. In fact, I'd buy it myself if I had space...

    Quick 182 question

I had to get under the car to do mine (Ph2 172, so probably the same).

    What sort of realistic gains..

FLOL. Ditto, although I don't know what mine made beforehand.

My VTS - need it gone

Sorry if this sounds cheeky, but do you fancy selling the alloys separately?

    KTEC Carbon Fibre Splitter...How Much??

They'll be on the K-Tec website. The way they work it out IIRC is to take the price + VAT, subtract 5% then add the postage on top. So if you find the price on the website you should be able to work out the total cost.

MOT time littles heads up please

Check your brake pads are plentiful and the disks aren't pitted. Make sure your handbrake is tight enough. I think it's meant to be 3 clicks to secure the car? Got any cracks / stone chips in the windscreen? You might need to fix / replace it. Do all the seat belts work and are they properly...

    Should I change....

Since it's so easy to do and fairly cheap, you might as well do it regularly. I do mine every 5K now.

    Should I change....

If it was me, I'd do it. It probably won't hurt too much if you leave it but I couldn't go for that long knowing it hadn't been changed.

About 20 RS's at donington park yesterday ...

We didn't choose to park there. It's where the stewards placed us. I agree though, it was a crap place in all honesty.

Some great shots there. It was a good day even though the organisation was pisch. I won't bother posting the pics I took because they're pretty crap.

URGENT HELP NEEDED - AST Mounts

I was round at John's earlier trying to lend a hand fitting them and this is exactly what we found. The shock is simply too low down to get the hub bolts back into. The bottom of it won't clear the driveshaft. It looks like the black collar should sit on the non-threaded part of the OE shock...

    Your speedo acceleration vids

17psi boost :approve: I had just over half a tank when I arrived there. But by the time that video was taken the car had been on the rollers for going on 3 hours.
