Remove spare, toolkit and rear seats for about 40kg saving. Ask Paddymph what he thinks as hes just done this tonight.... Did it to my 172 and the car seemed quicker off the mark and more nimble. Done it to my Williams and it doesnt seem to have made much difference.

Ben - my point was that 0.5 seconds is a big gap at a 1/4 mile, not that I can drive!!!! That was my 2nd ever 1/4 mile run. In the first one I valiantly beat an XR2 with a time of 16.1 seconds :oops::oops::oops::oops::oops:
