The Pug only weighs about 880kg (kerb weight) compared to 980kg for the Valver (I think, cant remember). Just sold my ill fated 205 today. As Adi says, most of em are f**ked now, but 130bhp in a 880kg car mooooves! Still, Id rather have a Willy/16v than a 205 GTi. The interiors are terrible...

Not on a 172, but on the Williams an open induction kit sounded great but noticably murdered the performance. Ive now gone back to using a K&N replacement filter in the original airbox which feels better than using the paper OE filter. Only £30 and cant do any harm....try it...

I had mine chipped for a couple of weeks an tested it with and without chip using an AP22 performance meter. Thought it was quicker with the chip but turned out it was 0.6 seconds slower to 60 with the the chip! Oops! Its back to standard now and, apparently, putting out 156bhp.

Meeeeeee! Not going to run but will video and get someone to calibrate the AP22 against Yorks timing equiptment. Rhys
