BSNC - Well I tried to help you and wish I hadnt bothered as you are an arse. If you dont like the nice peeps on this forum then dont bother coming here at all. Not difficult, is it?!
....and lots of total drivel, right? Looking forward to the 9th May when you can celebrate 6000 posts?:sleep::sleep:
Edit - PS: Zidan - nice car :D
Paddy - the lack of ABS and toys is putting me off. Despite all the (tedious) argument about which is .1 seconds quicker than another, there just isnt that much difference between all the 172 models, so I might look at getting a silver low mileage early MK1 as thats what first got me hooked on...
I really regret selling my 172. So Im going to sell the Williams to get another 172. Then Im going to regret selling the Williams :confused::confused::confused: Bugger.
They dont need to resort to an ECU to tell if you had your belt on in a crash. They can spot it by the hole in the windscreen and the strawberry jam on the pavement....
The only time I get crunching is when I attempt a very quick change when thrasing the car. Even if I put the clutch right in, it still makes a quick but slightly disconcerting *CRUNCH*. Is alright when driving normally though.
lol! Hi Blaze....not seen you on the forum much recently (we met when you drove your brand new MK2 all the way to Ladybower from London, you nutter!).
Just going to go put my fingers in my ears now..... ;)

According to the AP22, clocks are fairly accurate to about 60 mph but then start to lose it seriously! Both my Williams and Oakleys 1.6 16v were over reading by around 8% by 100mph.
Scared the sh*t out of myself in my girlfriends non-ABS Fezza. Was doing 30mph on a slightly damp road with the sun in my eyes. Only saw at the last minute that light were red and people were crossing. Slammed on the brake and skidded. Crapped myself. Thought I was going to kill someone. JUST...
Hi Daz,
It all looks well done, but I have to say I really dont get the "bad boy bonnet" thing! Have you actually been naughty? My other half says "if you want headlights like that, get a chuffing Peugeot" ;)
Seriously though, are you actually able to use the car at night? What happens to...
Wide arches are the only bits of bodykit that do it for me. The Dimma one is alright but why oh why do they always have to do that naff slashed air intake look-a-like thing at the back of every kit of their that Ive seen?
Hasnt someone on here got a Maxi Clio? Anyone got any pics?
Not sure. Probably be around the £5k mark. Be a few months down the line, but Ive never managed to keep a car for more than 9 months so no doubt within the next 6 months!!!

Yes, there can be no fixed figure for any car. It will always vary depending on fuel load, air pressure/altitude, humidity(?), temperature, driver skill, driver weight etc. etc. Best you can give in reality is a "best possible" figure and/or a range. As I said, from the testing so far in the...
My 0-60mph runs in the Willy with the AP22 have ranged between a low of 7.11 seconds and as high as 8.2 seconds depending on start/temperature/lie of the land/gears used/change point etc. etc.
Done it with and without induction kit and de-cat and not seen much, if any, difference! Going back...
