Xenons are the stuff chavs use (usually with rediculous amounts of blue tint on the headlamp making it useless in the dark) to make their cars look like they've got HID headlamps. HID headlamps are what's fitted to the FF Renaultsports and high end Bimmers/Mercs/Audis etc.

It's not needed on the road, and much less in your motor with the way you drive dude... It'll just slow you down.

99% certain - will have been an off-road sort of bike (if you're into bikes it's a Suzuki DR - IIRC an old school 350) and he will have had a road helmet on, a complete inability to ride at any speed and his helmet will have been off or flipped up with his badly-trimmed beard on display...
