    Going to braided lines soon, and doing fluid aswell but just wondered what fluid is everyone using? How do they rate it and how do they drive car i.e on track/hard. I've heard good reports about ate racing blue . . . anyone tried it??

    on the williams? about as usfull as a chocolate fireguard anyway. Never go by the guage always check dip stick, so wouldn't worry personally

    hmm might end up taking you up on this, wont be untill new year though. No-one seems to know of cheaper place. How come yours isnt on your car at the mo?

    as above just got a 182 manifold for my 172, but wheres the cheapest place for de-cat link pipe as they are different to the normail 172/182 one. Only place i know of is k-tec. Thanks in advance

    upto you looks to be the rite one, id spend a bit more on a rad though. Something you dont want to change again in a hurry. Ask yourself why its cheap? Yes thats rite its made from cheap materials lol

    yer get a second hand head seen them on ebay for around the 200-300 mark, new cam belt jobs a good one.

    Oil and filter change.

    not forgetting to run it for 30seconds then check the oil level of course and add more if necessary. Also dont fill to manufactures full spec as you may overfill. I always knock about half a litre off there figures then ajust as necessary

    oil filler cap off, undo sump plug and drain into bowl. Wait for it to drain. Oil filter off with oil filter removal tool. New one on hand tight. Sump plug back in with new washer, again dont over tighten just a little nip. Re-fill with correct amount of oil. Job done
