Don't think so as this would trigger the ABS light. Steering angle sensor calibrates itself after a few drives. Had the same after tracking and it dissappeared soon.
Too much pressure/temperatur loss due to long distance between head and turbo imo. Would do it properly instead of having 3 miles of exhaust/pressure piping in the car.

For ITBs on standard ECU you'll need a map reservoir and a pretty good mapper i'd say.
