    Yipp, gearbox needs stripping. There is some kind of repair kit available that doesn't need the box to be split but heard thet it's not that reliable. Gearbox refurbs aren't that pricey if you are able to get the box out and bring it to a specialist like Agency Transmission.

    You may need to remove the camshaft and rocker arms to gain access to the headbolts as the rocker arms are quite big.

    Disconnecting the post cat sensor will trigger the light as it gets detected by the self diagnosis of the ECU. As Danny said, 2nd one is just for monitoring emmissions/cat and will not affect running.

    In PC terms the RSTuner can change your ECUs software and data. No real power gains but driveability is improved. Should be around the 250 quid mark new with performance calibration. => www.fastchip.nl

    Dephaser oil seal cap is a 14mm hex. Headbolts are E14 iirc.

    Roll arches? Fitting standard suspension will not help with the car extremely loaded as the point of maximum travel is always the same (on the rear).
