Ok, I've tested all scart, hdmi ports on my TV, the unit just aint great. How do I get my money back from PC World? Will they exchange the TV for another? Will the manufacturer refund me? Cost more than £100, so I've got an agreement with them too

Got myself a 32" LCD tv, it's driving me mad: the screen is blurred and jumpy when there is any kind of movement. The response time is 16.5 ms. I reckoned this was about average for £500. What can I do? Complain to the manufacturer? Or am I to expect this with such a response time? Cheers...

Just a quick update: (BrianR was pretty much on the money) Today I yanked the headlining out and removed the aerial base from roof, scraped and polished contact surfaces and refitted. Job's a good'n'. Pain of a job, but worth it.
