You may be able to get the best of both worlds if you can find a 1.2 Liberte car. It was a 1.2 but had colour coded bumpers, fogs etc, basically an RT lookalike for RN money. I think they were produced from late 92 to 94. But James is right - if you can run to a 1.4 then Bubbles car is v. nice.

I think mine was £159, although I do live in one of the cheaper more scummy parts of the country. BTW I think the warranty thing depends entirely on your relationship with the dealer. If you are good mates / regular customer you may find that you can get away with murder (I do).

It says 98 RON in the handbook and on the inside of the filler flap. Optimax is 98 RON. What more do you need to know? Its handy to be able to put regular unleaded in when youve no alternative though.
