or you bolt the outer harness strap to the oem seatbelt mounting hole at the bottom of the b-pillar. motorsports-gurus might hate, but this is an easy way and is safe! (harnesses with TÜV-approval are mounted as stated, so can´t be unsafe.)
Nice car! Engine bay needs a proper clean. Standard ride height on cups is ridiculous, looks like it´s going to take off and fly straight to the moon. ;)
it´s not rocket science but should be a bit fiddly due to the lack of space in the bay. You can order these parts via Ktec or Wests Renault (should be cheaper). Better sign up as a full member!

and you need to bend the pas line out of the way (a little)
That is the blanking plate of a clio ragnotti (the lightweight continental 172 cup) which is as far as i know not available anymore. all poverty spec clios came with rear wiper afaik.
first remove the mirror glass carefully by praising it off with something flat. then you can unclip the mirror cap from the inside (self explaining). But don´t break the mirror glass ;)
eibach springs are rated on here. coilover choice is a bit limited due to the 60mm bracket. spacers: get hubcentric ones and keep in mind that your wheel bearings may suffer from the widened track.
