hey guys and gals.
just thought i would share my experience with fitting the scorpion rs192 and what i feel it it like. 1st of all i have never fitted an exhaust before i my life and all i had was axel stands and basic tools (except maybe a grinder).
Old exhaust of 1st - grind infront of the...
removed my exhaust 2day, did it on axel stands, just chop the f**a. i just chopped it infront of the rear beam, if you have to re-use just get a sleeve.
hey fella. i had the exact same fault, those 2 lights come o usually on te mtorway, turned out to be brake pedal sensor, have a look in the guides section, it took me a coupe of goes before it stopped coming on ut its been over a year since ive last seen those ligts.
erm the SERV light fella doesnt mean it needs servicing, it means there is a fault, did u also notice that maybe the airbag light had been covered in also, common for people to cover these lights. i would be having another look.
you need to make sure it is dry fully before you drive anywhere, especially motorway, and make sure the edges are down an that your wipers arent crap also.
i think if you rag it everywhere it wont do any god. i work next to a busy road and to get out into traffic i have to hit 5000rpm when cold in 1st, not ideal but meh. had the 182 2yrs now, never had any issues, the odd time wont hurt but i wouldnt be driving everwhere like that. but another side...
actually looking at tat 2nd pic again you can just make out the bottom half of the mileage, mine dissapeared fully, you may be right in thinking something is loose then. take it apart and make sure everything is pushed together.
as you can see the top part of the display then its not going to be an smd fault as the lights are clearly working and there is only one row of smd's neway so if it was them it would be all or nothing. i think its more a fault with the display. i had this exact fault on my 1.2. i ended up buying...
a bit of a tip aswell. if you get it wrapped, then ask if you can keep any spare vinyl, there is usually a bit. Or ask if they can print you an extra 1.5m square piece. This is so in the event of any accidents you will have a spare piece that should be the same colour as the rest of the car and...
The vinyl wrap route is not a bad idea for the white , BUT if you do go down this route, whatever you do buy a black car 1st. if you open the doors and see blue/yellow/green etc it looks crap. it only really works with black.
thats the thing, i dont have the steel rims, so would save money by not buying them and payng a slightly higher premium for the bigger tyres. compromise
hey guys & gals
does anyone know if these size tyres will fit onto the 182, im after some winter tyres and can only seem to get them in this size. tyre calculator says they ae 20mm bigger in diameter. will they rub etc.
cheers for any help.
i got a quote for a bottle a few months back, think renault want around £70 for the bottle, ripoff.
it will be either one of the seals around the washer pumps or a loose pipe.
insurance for new drivers is absolutely shocking, my cousin has just passed his test and cant get a quote under £5k for a 1.0 corsa breeze. postcode isnt great but mainly down to age.
mines the same, did it last winter, never heard it during the spring/summer months and now it started again when its cold in the morning, whines for 10secs tops, normal i woud say
but the cup has 3 seats in the back does it not, how about the seatbelt plugs. are they there. so your telling me that you can only have 2 people in the back of a cup, thats crap
you must be doing something wrong if your tearing it and putting holes in.
on what i assume is a clio roof, with avery (1900 i assume)? then you shouldnt need any heat at all. the material is made to stretch so u must be pulling way too hard.
the avery 1900 is a great vinyl to use, im doing a...
had those on mine when i bought it few years back now, there not too bad in the dry but when they are low and its wet they are terrible, my opinion of course. PE2's are brilliant
what does it look like when the doors are open, you got any more pics? i assume it doesnt look too bad being that the car is black underneath.
i would wrap mine in white but the arctic would look terrible when the doos were opened. more photos would be brilliant
a bit of a tip if ur doing it by jacking it up at the front, put some cardboard or a load of cloth under the car when you unscrew the oil filter, it can get a bit messy.
