People seem easily confused by the DOT number. :S
More indepth;

Both are hydroscopic and it is infact a benefit in a way, DOT5 is the only fluid which is not. Moisture will get into the brake system and DOT5 (silicon based) keeps it seperated.
5.1 is the best fluid for a fast road car imo
Not unlikely at all! The mapper will claim peak increase not necessarily gain at peak engine output.
Gains are easy, safe reliable gains are far harder. Yet to get an answer from the so-called mappers on here weather they fit a wideband and check A/F on road.
Superchips will no doubt give...
This is spot on imo.
Id wanna know what exactlly is done and how.
Ask the mapper some questions. Where is the extra power coming from? Why didnt Renault do that in the first place? Is it safe in all conditions you are likley to subject the car to? How do they prove its safe? Wideband Lamba...
Absolutely gutted for you mate, sobered me up a little when ya txt me last night! Least ya ok :)
Came past and saw it in the flesh earlier, would of popped in but didnt see no one about.

Cant find the 182 figure tho :~
With that description it cant be no one else! He would of been on way to work id imagine.
Look for 'Cheddar drive' Exeter meet' or best of all the Airfield day in local meets section
Dont worry about uprating the brakes Bubbles, little that can go wrong and shouldn't affect other warrenty claims.
If you drive hard its better to spend on brakes than tuning imo
Not gonna buy a £280 machine for my car, just wondered if paying a garage each time (prob similar cost to halfords kit) is a better idea.

These look very nice - says none avalible tho :(
Sooo sexy, you don't just need the 37k for this you also need to already own the 20k 999r to get on the waiting list now!
If its production gp bike you want, there is better and more expensive.....
edit; cant find it at the mo tho, remembering the name may help lol
Mine rarely gets filled until its at least 20 past the -- appearing on the display.
Always starts about 80miles optimistic tho, despite average staying near enough the same and not dropping :~

Just more about the light coming on, as i mention at the end, LPG installers may be able to help.
The problem with shielding the Lamba sensor is that the heater works all the time and will shorten the life of the sensor.
I have been told the answer lies with a MIL eliminator or a lamba emulator as used by older LPG systems.........
