I changed mine after 6k just before its first track day (well the dealer did it, not me!!). Im just going to stick to the 12,000 intervals now unless I do a lot of track days next summer. The oil was nice & clean after 6k, so no problems.

9500 miles, 2 trackdays. Getting better all the time! The more you thrash it the better itll go.

So get a Magnex asap. No more exhaust bills - ever!

Yeah I did that but couldnt find anything that looked like B76. Nothing in the documentation for the car either. Its just that the colour on the can looks suspiciously like the Cherry Red that you seen on other Clios. Ah well maybe Ill just have to try a tiny bit under the bonnet where it doesnt...
