There are lots of RenaultSport brochures at the dealer in Telford. They are full of blue and yellow articles of clothing apparently designed by a colour-blind drug-addict. Im sure the Renaultsport cufflinks wont affect your warranty, but the golf umbrella looks a bit dodgy to me - Id stick with...
Matt - when you got your 15.3 did you change into 4th? I notice your TS was 88.8 which is identical to mine when I ws bouncing off the limiter. These vids are great - makes such a difference being able to hear the commentary.
Yeah thats right. I tried both ways. My fastest time of the day (15.4) was achieved by letting the engine bounce off the limiter in 3rd for the last 50 yards. I suspected that if I changed into 4th Id lose time. Anyhow, I tried changing into 4th a few 100rpm before the green light on the next...

Good question Dash. I guess my initial reaction would be - dont knock it until youve tried it. I wasnt really bothered about the drag-racing thing at the weekend, I went more for the social stuff. Once Id had a couple of goes I realised what all the fuss was about - its really addictive!

Vals dad has a 1.4 16v and it really goes if you give it enough revs. Cant help thinking that the Clio Extreme 1.2 16v is amazing value though. OK it helps a lot if you like blue interiors, but I reckon its quality for the price.
